REAL WEDDING: IAN + JENNY (May 15, 2010)
Had the chance to finally use Bouvardia for this bridal bouquet project (Left). I initially wanted to use wax flowers (currently our favorite filler), but rummaging through my importer's fridge, I chanced upon these two-toned beauties! Yes, the cost was twice that of the wax flowers, but it was well worth it. For the rest of the women, we employed our now-classic arrangements of roses, carnations, rice flowers of assorted colors, and Queen Anne's Lace (Right). Notice how the local pomelo-pink rose's color is more matingkad than that of the Ecuadorian roses. Anyway, we were able to able most of the color motif in these arrangements. They really jumped right out against the plum gowns of the entourage! :-)
Will post official photos soon.
