REAL WEDDING: PRINCE + CHE
---
Che and I started discussing her flowers in May 2010, but a really long lull in between emails (she was based in Singapore) dimmed the chances of us doing her flowers until we resumed emailing again when the event was coming closer. Whew, thank goodness for email! Makes me wonder how overseas brides took care of their wedding details before the advent of the internet? Mind-boggling.
We sincerely thank Lace Tan of K. by Cunanan Catering for recommending us to Che. We also totally adore how these photos came out: our very first time to work with Dominic Barrios when he was still with Imagine Nation. We never expected the gown (by Ammon Velasco) to look like this! Even Dominic thought this was just the preps gown and not the wedding dress! Fab, fab, fab!
We're really lucky that our flower choices match the overall look of the weddings we do almost all the time given that we rarely meet our brides during the planning period. For this wedding, we used tulips in an arrangement that's not usual in Manila. We employed 30 stems of red tulips & mixed in Snapdragons, Mokara orchids, and Hypericum Berries to create this red and lush bouquet. We think, IMHO, that it really matched Che's very unusual and beautiful wedding dress. :-) It never fails to amaze us, this connection that we are able to make even if it's just through email. We want to believe that we have made it easier for brides to make great decisions even if they're not physically present in the Philippines to work on their own weddings. :-)
To Prince & Che, thank you for making us a part of your beautiful day! :-)
