REAL WEDDING: { ADRIAN & FATIMA } MAKATI

--
Hello, dear readers! We're starting November 2020 with this intimate wedding in Makati. Bride Fatima and I discussed the details of her bridal bouquet just a week or two before their wedding, and today we're happy to share with you their wedding photos by Marco Constantino. There are many things we love from this set: the above photo (which was part of their invitation suite), the bridal preps and her ceremony dress, those pretty bridal shoes (love those bows!). and the overall heartfelt feel of this gathering.

In recent months, many couples moved heaven and earth just to push through with their weddings, so here's a huge shoutout to everyone who've persevered and courageously realized their plans. It may not have been your dream wedding but in these very difficult times, everyone understands that it's the best you can do and we feel that THAT is special and worth remembering for the rest of your lives.

Again, Congratulations and Best Wishes, Adrian and Fatima! Thank you so much for making us a part of your special day. ^_^

REAL WEDDING: { RAMON & MERYLL } TANJAY CITY

--
Hello, readers! Today, we're featuring something special on the blog: this beautiful wedding of Ramon and Meryll in Tanjay City, a two-hour drive from Dumaguete City, in Negros Oriental. Even before the pandemic happened, we've always preferred wedding preps done at home, and this is one great example of how personal an event can be when you do this. The family members are all involved, and the couple are in the element as they are surrounded by things both beloved and familiar. In the words of their photographer Rainbowfish, this was truly an unassuming wedding which, for us, only made it more heartfelt and endearing. We also loved the use of a tricycle as the bridal ride (not sure what it's called in Negros, but in Mindanao we call it 'Motorela'). This touch of local culture is a winner! ^_^

Don't you just want to look at these photos many years from now and remember every words said, every item personally made by friends, how you two planned it together? Okay, I'm saying too much. Enjoy this set, dear friends, and we hope you pick an idea or two for your own event. ^_^ To Ramon and Meryll, thank you so much for your kindness! Special thanks goes to Gery Peñaso, as the bridal bouquet was his personal gift to the couple. ^_^
